Operators with real reps.

Not consultants. Not generalists. Domain experts who can tell us how they'd handle the weird 3am edge case — because they've handled it 400 times.

You have 5+ years of real-world experience in a specific role (dispatcher, CSR, intake specialist, scheduler, bookkeeper, biller, etc.)
You have SOPs, call flows, scripts, rate cards, or playbooks documenting how you actually do the job.
You can commit 8–16 hours during initial build to review and tune your worker.
You're open to 1–2 hours/month of ongoing QA / knowledge updates.

No. Voice cloning is optional. You can pick from our library, use a licensed voice actor, or clone your own with full consent and revocation rights.
How much can I earn?+
Revenue share varies by role demand — typically $0.05–$0.25 per minute your worker is used. High-demand roles (dispatch, healthcare intake) pay top of range.
Do I have to be exclusive?+
No. You can work with us and continue your day job, or work with other platforms. Your playbook stays yours.
Who owns the worker?+
WebWorkers.ai owns the deployed persona, but your SOPs and voice rights are always yours. You can withdraw at any time — we retire the persona within 30 days.
Can a whole team apply?+
Yes. Service teams, franchise operators, and consultants often license their entire playbook as a branded worker family.
